I’ll bet I know the reply to that one: price. In the past, Kim wrote something similar to this for the blog: “Most people in America would like to purchase all organic whenever they didn’t have to spend more.” I recall questioning that declaration. Is this true? Certainly, our audience probably do prefer organic foods.
However an unexpected amount of people don’t see any advantage of organics and may even favor standard products. But you can grow your own vegetables even in your backyard.
